Hello friends,

 

 

I'm Tori OH(lerking). I'm part dork, part hippie, part weird.  You might classify me an an "introverted extrovert"   ... basically I LOVE to zoom in on people and their stories and their dreams...but I also love to zoom out and ponder each encounter I make. This is how I grasp my perspective.

 

 

My dream in life is simply to name people as the treasures that they are.

 

When I was 16, I spent a week at the Los Angeles Dream Center and there God told me that my life is to be a TREASURE HUNT... finding and loving the people He calls the jewels of His crown. 

 

 

I miss many opportunities...but I try to always stop and look for Jesus in the eyes of people who are hurting. He says that whatever we do unto the least, we do directly unto Him. So any chance I get to directly encounter my Jesus and show Him love, I try to not miss. 

 

 

PEOPLE are the only reason we aren't in heaven yet. Earth could stop and we could begin "forever" if it weren't for that one more treasure just waiting to be uncovered in the dirt. 

 

 

 

 

 

I come from a line of Jesus-loving missionaries, firefighters, seamstresses, church planters, networkers, musicians, designers, and authors. I live among HEROES and I don't take that for granted one bit. 

 

 

I've been brought up in church, traveling the world, loving Jesus, serving His people. When I was 15 years old, I was given the chance to begin working in the world of "outreach" and I have been doing so for almost 10 years now. 

 

 

I'm a junkie for anything that makes people smile. Free food, special needs Easter egg hunts, Nerf gun wars at the nursing home, bringing roses to strippers, and playing rock-paper-scissors with sweet little chocolate babies. 

 

 

And I am the worlds biggest fan of seeing stories COLLIDE! We need each other. Beauty can't be understood without reciprocation. 

 

 

 

 

 

If we only knew the BEAUTY just waiting to result from our colliding lives.

 

 

Your life, my life, their life is a broken PIECE,  a COLOR.

 

 

GOD is the LIGHT.

 

 

When we are set in MOTION...

When we reflect each others brokeness and glory...

 

 

We ARE beauty.

 

Your story is NEEDED.

Alone we are just broken ugly pieces. But together...

 

 

My color + your color + His light + OUR motion = the PUREST BEAUTY.

 

 

 

Here, I pray you find a sanctuary for inspiration.

Here, I pray you reflect, explore, find beauty in others, and in yourself.

Here, I pray you are challenged. Life requires GRIT in order to behold deepest, purest glory. 

 

 

Such is LIFE! We need each other. Because in each other, in our weakest states, we behold Jesus Himself.
